Business Analyst (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in the USA. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities who are eager to build a successful career in business analysis and consulting.

The selected candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
\n
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
\n
• Assist in business process improvement and workflow optimization
\n
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
\n
• Support reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis activities
\n
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
\n
• Perform gap analysis, UAT testing, and requirement validation
\n
• Create presentations, reports, and business insights for leadership teams
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Minimum qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field
\n
• 0–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related domain
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools
\n
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
\n
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
\n
