Position: Networking Engineer

Location: Bellevue WA (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Networking Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise cloud networking environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex networking issues, delivering exceptional customer support, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to continuous service improvements. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud networking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud networking and infrastructure-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer incidents within defined service levels.
• Own and manage customer issues from identification through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases.
• Develop technical expertise in networking and cloud technologies.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and self-help resources.
• Participate in technical readiness and ongoing training programs.
• Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to supportability initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and the OSI Model.
• Experience troubleshooting large-scale network environments.
• Hands-on experience with network analysis tools such as:
• Wireshark
• Network Monitor
• Message Analyzer
• Knowledge of:
• VPN
• IPsec
• DHCP
• DNS
• MPLS
• BGP
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
• Experience with:
• Firewalls
• Proxy Servers
• Network Security Technologies
• Understanding of:
• Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud environments
• Software Defined Networking (SDN)
• Virtualization technologies
• Windows and Linux operating systems
